Privacy, terms and refunds.

Privacy Policy
We collect what we need to run your audit and nothing else: your name, work email, phone number, the brand being audited, its website, and any competitors you name. That data is used to field the audit and to send you the report.
Your report is never published, resold, or used as a sample without your written permission. Anonymised aggregate figures, such as category medians, may inform published benchmarks; nothing in those figures identifies you.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site. Email you receive from us is limited to what you asked for, plus product updates if you opted in, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing hello@capibera.com. We respond within 12 hours and complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Terms of Service
What you buy is a measurement and a written report. The Core Audit covers 20 buying-intent questions across four engines with live web search, scored on eight signals. The Full Package adds the source analysis, the three-tier action plan, and a re-audit at 45 days.
Delivery is within 8 business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 GMT+3) of receiving a complete intake. If your intake is incomplete, the clock starts when the missing detail arrives.
We do not control the models and we guarantee no placement, score, or ranking in any AI answer. Expected-lift figures in the action plan are estimates modelled from comparable engagements, labelled as such, and never presented as commitments.
The report is yours to use internally without restriction, including with your agency or board. It may not be resold or republished as a commercial product. Findings are accurate as at the fielding date recorded on the cover; engine behaviour changes, which is why we re-measure rather than restate.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in the report is legal, financial, or investment advice.
Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Capibera commits to delivering your audit within 8 business hours of order placement (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 GMT+3). If we miss this window, you are entitled to a 100% full refund and you keep the report.
If you review the audit and feel it did not reveal new, actionable information about your AI visibility, email hello@capibera.com within 14 calendar days of delivery with a brief explanation. We will issue a complete refund.
Refund guarantees apply to the one-time audit product only. Ongoing retainer or managed services are not covered once implementation work has commenced.
The 45-day re-audit included in the Full Package is part of that purchase. If you refund the package before the re-audit is fielded, the re-audit is cancelled with it. To request a refund, email hello@capibera.com with the brand name on the report.
